Robert Rogalski, Director, Lutheran Schools Development Center Mr. Rogalski is one of the most experienced development/marketing experts for Lutheran schools (preschools to high schools) in the country. He has consulted over 300 schools in the past sixteen years in all areas of financial development, marketing, starting new schools and master planning. He was one of the first Lutheran school administrators to receive the National Distinguished Principal award from the United States Secretary of Education at a special ceremony in Washington, D.C.
Bob has served as an administrator at: Eltingville Lutheran School – Staten Island, New York St. Paul’s Lutheran School – New Orleans, Louisiana Hong Kong International School American Embassy School – New Delhi, India Martin Luther School – Phoenix, Arizona Joy Community (Lutheran) School – Glendale, Arizona He has degrees form Concordia, River Forest and University of New Orleans. His services include: · Money – Understanding the concepts of financial development: Annual Fund/Capital Campaigns · Marketing – Devising plans to build enrollment and cultivate resources · Management – Assisting local school leadership in providing written policies and procedures · Mission – Defining the vision, goals and objectives of the school · Master Planning – Assisting schools in strategic planning involving a grass roots approach.
Bob is the editor of the Ask For It newsletter along with On Board is the premier newsletter sent to every Lutheran school in the country. He has written two books on the Annual Fund; Where’s The Money? for elementary and high schools and Five Loaves and Two Fishes for early childhood centers and preschools.
He is now the full-time Executive Director of the Lutheran Schools Development Center, a non-profit organization, dedicated to assisting Lutheran preschools, elementary and high schools in funding and marketing.
Bob’s professional goal is to share his successful experiences by training others in the areas of school funding, marketing and planning.
