The Lutheran Schools Development Center has set goals to bring your school up to the baseline of effective practice used by thousands of successful Lutheran and non-public schools around the country. These programs make sure that “all the important bases” are covered – using the basic techniques and proven processes for effectiveness.

If you have a poorly organized marketing program, no strategic plan, or little or no annual funds, then start here.

Annual Fund Fundamental

Level I: All day seminar training volunteers through a step- by-step method of raising annual money for annual needs. The program stresses the administrator is NOT the point person.

                                   

Level II: Following the seminar, three to five on-site visits assuring success by implementing all Annual Fund strategies.

 

Marketing - Building School Enrollment

A four hour seminar training, for a small group of schools, to implement the key, proven, and essential marketing practices and strategies you need to stabilize and increase your student enrollment. A marketing committee should be involved.

Marketing Audit         

Providing an advanced marketing plan carefully tailored to the needs of one school’s target audiences. An on-site in depth process providing the school a multitude of ideas, techniques and strategies to increase school enrollment.

Strategic Planning

A grass roots planning approach to determine your focus, where you are going, and it outlines strategies for getting there. Planning ensures that the school is meeting the community needs. This will position your school to maximize success with a three year written plan.

CAP Program “Coaching Administrators and Principals”

Administrators / principals are invited to a personal one-on-one coaching opportunity aimed at

growing / stabilizing your school. Each institution has its own special strengths and concerns but so

few of us have been trained especially in funding and marketing. Through direct phone

conversations we can partner in a personal plan that will prove vital to your school. Ideas, strategies

and techniques can be tailored to your needs and adjusted to your school climate. At this time topics will include:

• Organizing a Stronger Financial Base

• Initiating the Annual Fund
